FOR FIRST TIME CUSTOMERS: BOOKING AN INDIVIDUAL CLASS
1. Click on 'CLASSES AND SIGN-UP' under the 'MORE' drop down menu OR on the home page
2. Select what class you are wanting to take
3. READ top portion of page 'PLEASE READ BEFORE CONTINUING'
4. Select day and time
5. Enter in information
6. READ and agree to both the Limits of Liability Form and the Waiver of Liability Form
7. Fill out health questionnaire
8. Let us know how you heard about us
9. Click 'Redeem coupon, package (membership code), or gift certificate' if applicable
10. Then click “Pay Now”
11. Enter card information and select tip option
12. Click “Pay & Confirm”
13. It will give you an option to cancel, reschedule, or edit forms. (You will also receive a confirmation email that lets you change or cancel the appointment).
14. AT THIS TIME, YOU WILL BE GIVEN THE OPTION TO EITHER SCHEDULE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT OR REGISTER FOR AN ACCOUNT (REGISTERING FOR AN ACCOUNT SAVES YOUR INFORMATION AND MAKES FOR EASIER/MORE EFFICENT SCHEDULING)
FOR FIRST TIME CUSTOMERS: SIGNING UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP
1. Click on 'MEMBERSHIPS AND GIFT CERTS' under the 'MORE' drop down menu
2. After the membership descriptions, click the green button 'SIGN-UP NOW'
3. It will take you to a new page. Choose your membership and click 'Add to cart'
4. Enter in information
5. A coupon code if applicable
6. Check the box
7. Click 'Pay and complete order'
8. Enter in card information and click 'Pay and Finish'
9. The order receipt will give you a coupon code for your membership. Write this down or screenshot it. You may not need to use it but if you have account issues and need to book a class you can go through the BOOKING AN INDIVDUAL CLASS instructions and enter your coupon code in.
10. It will send you a confirmation email with a link to schedule your classes

23. AT THIS TIME, YOU WILL BE GIVEN THE OPTION TO EITHER SCHEDULE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT OR REGISTER FOR AN ACCOUNT (REGISTERING FOR AN ACCOUNT SAVES YOUR INFORMATION AND MAKES FOR EASIER/MORE EFFICENT SCHEDULING.
REGISTERING FOR AN ACCOUNT
1. Enter you email
2. Enter a password of your choice
3. Confirm that password
4. Agree to the Terms and Policies
5. Click “Sign up”
IF YOU ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT
1. A pop-up comes up when entering the site, click "CLICK HERE"
2. In the top right corner click 'Login"
3. Enter in information
FORGOT PASSWORD
1. Click 'Forgot Password'
2. Enter in the same email you used to set up the account
3. An email will be sent, click on the 'Reset Password' link
4. It will take you to a new page. Click the link 'Click here'
5. Enter in new password twice and click 'change password'
6. Go back through IF YOU ALREADY HAVE ACCOUNT instructions
