If you are new to bungee, this is the place to start. This class is all about getting to know the bungee and harness. You will learn basic bungee techniques, such as balance, squats, bouncing, jumping, and burpees. We recommend taking this class 1-3 times until you feel comfortable and before moving onto any other bungee styles. Instructors will speak to you after class to see how you feel about advancing. Included in this class is a weigh-in, customized bungee set up, and harness fitting.
This takes approximately 15 minutes of class time.
Take this only after taking our Intro to Bungee and when you’re feeling more comfortable and confident in your bungee. This class is for any of our older participants, or any participants, that struggle with mobility. This class will be slow-paced and move through basic bungee techniques with modifications and support offered when needed. Bungee fitness is low impact, so as the bungee lifts the body it allows for strength gaining with little to no strain on your joints.
Take this class only after taking Intro to Bungee. This is a yoga class in a bungee!! In this
class, your bungee height will be adjusted so you’re just able to hover the ground, so you can easily move through your favorite yoga poses while still getting the lift off the joints. Instructors may try new bungee variations of old yoga poses!!
Level 1: Slow-paced hatha yoga
Level 2: Faster paced vinyasa yoga. 1 breath to 1 movement.
Take this class only after taking Intro to Bungee. This class will consist of HIIT like circuits with a variety of bungee techniques and skills. Circuits will be repeated throughout class. Modifications can be made for more difficult moves. This style is fast paced, high energy, and will leave you SWEATING! Bungee Burn will push all your cardio limits.
Level 1: light weights may be included
Level 2: heavier weights will be included, and circuits will be more dynamic and faster-paced.
Take this class only after taking Intro to Bungee. This class is a trifecta of basic bungee movements, bungee flys, and dance moves. This style is rhythmic, upbeat, and FUN. Bungee Move class routines are choreographed to match the playlists. Instructors may theme classes with i.e. today’s hits,
throwback jams, Taylor Swift, etc.
Level 1: There will be breaks offered between each song.
Level 2: Consistent and faster paced movement
Take this class only after taking Intro to Bungee. If bungee flys, are your favorite part of classes, then this class is for you!! Instructors will choose a few choreographed songs per class for all participants to learn together. During class time you will learn the choreography, step-by-step, and participants will practice/run through the songs in unison. Routines may be repeated so participants can become familiar with the moves.
Bungee Fly is our most advanced style.
Level 1: You will work on basic bungee flys and footwork. This level will offer fly modifications.
Level 2: Flys will become more dynamic, and choreography will be faster paced. More resistance will be added to bungees for bigger jumps and safer dives.
*KNEE PADS RECOMMENDED BUT NOT REQUIRED*
In a typical spin class, your instructor will take you through a brief stretch and warm-up before getting into the main workout, and you’ll finish with a cooldown and final stretch. A spin class typically lasts an hour.
Throughout the session, your instructor will shout commands of instruction and encouragement, but you’re always in control of your workout’s intensity. You can also choose how fast to pedal.

Yoga poses can be modified, and instructors can guide you on how to use yoga props to help you find better alignment and comfort in poses while still pushing your edge.
Yoga can be more than stretching or strengthening. As you gain confidence, you will start to develop a true connection to the mind and body.
All instructors can add their own elements into classes, such as music, meditations, sound bowls, warm rags, and essential oils.
We offer two styles of yoga classes.
Rooted- This class is your typical Vinyasa practice. Flow classes focuses on the breath acting as an anchor as you move from one pose to the next. Vinyasa is a great way to find a balance of stretch and strengthen. Get your blood flowing, release muscle tension, and clear your head with this yoga practice.
Grounded- This class is a combination of Hatha and Yin. Some poses will include slow-intentional movement while other poses will be held for 3-5 minutes at a time. Holding poses not only allows for stretch in the muscles but an opening through our connective tissue. You will leave this class feeling fully relaxed.

Bungee Fitness is an exciting new way to have a fun, high-energy motion-based cardio workout. Participants are connected to ceiling anchor points via a harness and specially designed bungee cords. Calibrated to your individual weight, the cords provide resistance and buoyancy to your movements. You are not suspended - your feet remain on the ground - yet you can squat, jump, leap and fly while being supported and restrained by the bungee cords.
Everyone must start with Intro to Bungee. This class will show you how to get into the harness, learn basic footwork and elevate your heart rate! You are welcome and encouraged to take this class as many times as you want to before moving onto the other class styles.
Please reschedule at least 12 hours in advance to your scheduled class beginning. Reschedules outside the permitted time range will still be charged for the class that was originally scheduled.
If you suffer from any ailments, please talk to a physician before starting any new type of fitness or exercise program. Some restrictions specific to Bungee Fitness include pregnancy, any recent surgeries, weight of less than 90 lbs. or a weight of greater than 300 lbs. Participants must be at least 14 years old. Participants under 18 must have a physical waiver signed by a parent or guardian.
While bungee fitness reduces impact by up to 70 percent, it is still a high-energy exercise workout. If you struggle to do one burpee unassisted, cannot do a squat, or have any difficulty staying active for more than three minutes at a time, you may find this workout too challenging. However, an Intro to Bungee class is always suggested if you are wanting to try it out!
You will want to wear tight leggings, high-impact sports bra, and good workout shoes! Please bring clean workout shoes to change into prior to class. Wearing shorts on top of leggings will provide additional layers as the harnesses can rub some and cause irritation. Prepare to get sweaty! If your hair is of a length in which it will get in the way or cause distractions, please pull it up. For BUNGEE FLY, knee pads are recommended but not required.
Bring a water! We cannot stress this enough. You can bring a small towel as well. Please bring any additional clothing you may need for the class.
Clothing, beverages, and cooling towels are available to purchase.
Don’t be late! The weighing/hookup process begins AT THE CLASS TIME LISTED. Once class starts, our instructors will not be able to stop the warm-up to take late arrivals.
Cancellations or reschedules must be no later than 24 hours prior to the start time of your scheduled class. Any class cancelled or rescheduled outside that permitted time window may still be charged.
We’re sorry, but children are not allowed inside the studio unattended. This is for liability reasons and their safety. Our staff is not there to watch your children during class. As well, this is not a spectator exercise, we kindly ask that guests not watch during class out of respect and privacy of our clients.
