If you are new to bungee, this is the place to start. This class is all about getting to know the bungee and harness. You will learn basic bungee techniques, such as balance, squats, bouncing, jumping, and burpees. We recommend taking this class 1-3 times until you feel comfortable and before moving onto any other bungee styles. Instructors will speak to you after class to see how you feel about advancing. Included in this class is a weigh-in, customized bungee set up, and harness fitting.
This takes approximately 15 minutes of class time.
Intro to Bungee classes will be POP-UP classes. There is no set consistent class for Intro to Bungee classes.
Take this class only after taking an Intro to Bungee class and when you are feeling more comfortable and confident in your bungee and harness. This class is for any of our older participants, or any participants, that struggle with mobility. This class will be slow-paced and move through basic bungee techniques with modifications and support offered when needed. Bungee fitness is low impact, so as the bungee lifts the body it allows for strength gaining with little to no strain on your joints.
Take this class only after taking Intro to Bungee. This class will consist of HIIT like circuits with a variety of bungee techniques and skills. Circuits will be repeated throughout class. Modifications can be made for more difficult moves. This style is fast paced, high energy, and will leave you SWEATING! Bungee Burn will push all your cardio limits.
Level 1: light weights may be included
Level 2: heavier weights will be included, and circuits will be more dynamic and faster-paced.
Take this class only after taking Intro to Bungee. This class is a trifecta of basic bungee movements, bungee flys, and dance moves. This style is rhythmic, upbeat, and FUN. Bungee Move class routines are choreographed to match the playlists. Instructors may theme classes with themes and playlists i.e. today’s hits,
throwback jams, Taylor Swift, etc.
Level 1: There will be breaks offered between each song.
Level 2: Consistent and faster paced movement
Take this class independently of the Intro to Bungee class IF you want to jump right into our Bungee Fly class OR after an Intro to Bungee class and when you are feeling comfortable and confident in your bungee and harness. In this class, we will be adding more resistance bands to your bungee. This customization and testing will allow for safe fly moves, so your body and knees stay lifted. You will focus on learning basic fly moves without a full routine. This allows you to find trust and confidence before moving onto our Bungee Fly classes.
*WE HAVE CRASHPADS AVAILABLE AND KNEE PADS RECOMMENDED BUT NOT REQUIRED*
Take this class only after taking Intro to Bungee. If bungee flys, are your favorite part of classes, then this class is for you!! Instructors will choose a few choreographed songs per class for all participants to learn together. During class time you will learn the choreography, step-by-step, and participants will practice and run through the songs in unison. Routines may be repeated so participants can become familiar with the moves.
Bungee Fly is our most advanced style.
Level 1: You will work on basic bungee flys and footwork. This level will offer fly modifications.
Level 2: Flys will become more dynamic, and choreography will be faster paced. More resistance will be added to bungees for bigger jumps and safer dives.
*KNEE PADS RECOMMENDED BUT NOT REQUIRED*
Bungee Open is the class that you book when you can't decide what style fits you best for that day! Bungee Open will include a variety of different styles and will be modified and transformed for the specific participants of the class that day and what kind of bungee they would like to do. Bungee Open is a good class to take when you are wanting to "play" in your bungee and try to learn some new moves that you may not have the time to perfect in your other bungee classes.
Let them burn some energy while enjoying a positive, fun, and healthy outlet. The kids will be safely strapped into a harness that will then be clipped to several bungee cords attached to the ceiling. This will allow them to jump, bounce, hang, and fly around the room like their favorite superhero!

Boot Camp/Circuit Style Fitness Class:
1 minute bouts of a variety of high intensity exercises utilizing kettle bells, medicine balls, bands, and other free weights.
