What We Do!

Bungee Fitness

 Bungee workouts are low-impact, full-body cardio that use bungees to perform classic bodyweight exercises. The bungees will try to pull you up into the air, creating a resistance for you to work against. You can harness the bungees at your waist or hold them in your hands

Strength and Endurance Classes and Personal Training

Strength and endurance classes get your heart rate high, keep you sweating, and help you in building the strength in your muscles and the endurance to KEEP ON GOING! Our classes tailor to all fitness levels allowing you to work with your own weight for set time intervals.

(This lets you go at your own pace!)

Aerial Silks

Aerial Silks

Learn to climb, wrap, and perform various stretches, poses, and tricks while suspended from the ceiling using fabric silks. These classes focus on building strength, flexibility and coordination.

Rebound classes utilize rebound trampolines with a mix of high energy cardio filled routines. These classes are held at a quick pace, to great/upbeat music, and are ONLY 30 MINUTES LONG! 

You can't miss this great quick workout that is not only fast but effective! This class will be held for 6 weeks at a time and your initial purchase covers the cost of the full 6 weeks. We offer 2 classes each week giving you a total of 12 classes available for you to attend!

Step classes are high energy routines that are built to upbeat and popular songs. All routines are pre-choreographed and taught throughout the course of 6 weeks and each class is 45 minutes in duration. Step to the beat and sweat it out! Classes are for a duration of 6 weeks and your initial purchase covers the cost of the full 6 weeks. We offer 1 step class per week.
